Carly (Littman) Lake has extensive experience in research and UX strategy, having served as Research Manager at both Captivate, LLC and BerlandTeam from February 2016 to July 2020. Following this, Carly took on the role of UX Strategy and Research Leader at Macy's until August 2022 and currently works as a UX Researcher at Meta, focusing on monetization research. Carly is an alumna of the University of Michigan.
