Beginning as Lead Designer at SAP from April 2005 to March 2008, Dave transitioned to Senior Art Director at Duarte Inc. from March 2008 to October 2017. Following this, Dave held roles as Creative Lead and Design Manager at Pinterest from March 2018 to December 2018 before advancing to Creative Director and later Senior UX Director at Indeed.com until October 2020. Currently, since February 2022, Dave serves as Design Director at Meta, contributing significant expertise to the field of design and user experience.
