Evgeniy Gabrilovich is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and health informatics. Currently serving as Research Director at Meta since May 2022, Gabrilovich previously held significant roles at Google Health from April 2012 to May 2022, where leadership was provided for the Public & Environmental Health team. Prior to that, leadership as Director of Research was exercised at Yahoo! Research from January 2007 to April 2012, overseeing advancements in information retrieval and natural language processing. Gabrilovich's academic credentials include a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, complemented by postgraduate education at Harvard Medical School and the University of California, Berkeley.
