Fredrik Carlsen is a seasoned technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and business development. As a Co-Founder and CTO of TIND, Fredrik led product development for digital library solutions, serving high-profile clients including the United Nations. Following this, Fredrik held key positions at Meta, initially as Head of Business Engineering for the UK, Northern Europe, Middle East, and Africa, driving product innovation and business growth, and later as a Business Engineer where entrepreneurial software engineering skills were leveraged to create solutions across various Meta platforms. Previous experience includes software engineering roles at Yahoo, CERN, and Edda Media, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of search technology and algorithm development. Fredrik holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
