Ilayda Karagol is a UX Researcher with extensive experience in user experience design and research. Currently employed at Meta since October 2025, Ilayda has previously worked at Ostmodern, where contributions included shaping the product roadmap for a VoD platform in the MENA region and delivering insights for global clients such as WTA and Virgin Media Ireland. At NETGEAR, Ilayda conducted interviews and unmoderated research to improve product onboarding and collaborated with the product manager on strategic initiatives.
