Kaitlin Sullivan

Kaitlin Sullivan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in content policy and advocacy. At Meta, Kaitlin has progressed from Associate Manager to Director of Content Policy, leading international teams focused on developing and scaling policies to address issues such as violating accounts and behavioral abuse. Prior roles include Manager of Content Policy at Facebook and various positions in public policy related to immigration, online safety, and data privacy. Kaitlin's early career features diverse experiences, including a Press Intern at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Ireland, a Rape Crisis Advocate and Educator at YWCA Silicon Valley, and an international internship with Catholic Relief Services in Uganda. Kaitlin earned a B.A. in Political Science Honors and Philosophy Politics and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
