Lizzette Marrero

Lizzette (Lizzy) Marrero has a diverse background in research, community engagement, and policy analysis, with professional experience spanning several organizations since 2011. Lizzette served as a Research Assistant at Innovations for Peace and Development and as a Community Engagement Intern for the City of Austin. Additional roles include Junior Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Associate at Vasa Strategies. Lizzette has also worked as a Geopolitical Analyst at Predata and held a position as Critical Response Manager in Regulatory Risk Management at Meta. Lizzette's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Government/International Relations and Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s Degree in National Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University.
