Melissa Alvarez

Melissa Alvarez (Cunningham) has extensive experience in research and program management, beginning as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia, where work focused on psychosocial development and teacher interaction quality. Following this, positions at CEB (now Gartner) included roles as an Operations Specialist, Advisory Analyst, and Senior Advisory Analyst, collaborating with finance executives on projects and improving client engagement processes. At Gartner, Melissa served as a Manager of the RES Pilot Team and later as Program Manager for Research Engagement Services, leading initiatives to optimize processes and technology for global operations. Most recently, at Meta, Melissa held the title of Research Review Program Manager and Program Manager for Global Research Operations. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia.
