Mia Beinhorn

Mia Beinhorn is an experienced professional in ethics and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Special Initiatives at Meta since February 2019. In this role, Mia manages strategic priorities for Meta's Legal C-Suite, conducting complex analyses and developing company-wide ethics and compliance programs. Previous positions at Meta include Special Initiatives Lead and Head of Business Operations & Project Management, where Mia led teams focused on compliance learning and communication. Prior to Meta, Mia worked as a Management Consultant at PwC in customer strategy and operations for the technology industry and held various roles in business development, marketing, and sales at companies such as Wish, Tilt.com, Ford Motor Company, and Warner Bros. Records. Mia holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
