Nikolas Eristavi

Nikolas Eristavi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal marketing and communications, currently serving as the Internal Marketing and Communications Lead at Meta. Since joining Meta in June 2016, Eristavi has developed comprehensive communications plans to enhance office attendance and foster community among employees through newsletters and interviews highlighting diverse Employee Resource Groups. Previous roles included Internal Marketing and Creative Lead and Internal Communication Specialist, where Eristavi implemented multi-channel communication strategies and established community groups to improve engagement across global work sites.
