Rebeca Ayala, LEED AP, has extensive experience in project management within the construction and engineering sectors. Starting as a Project Engineer at Carillion from October 2002 to February 2004, Rebeca progressed to various project management roles at Turner & Townsend Construction Management and Rudolph and Sletten. Between March 2014 and June 2014, Rebeca served as a Project Manager at BNBuilders before transitioning to PlanGrid as a Product Manager and in Operations from September 2014 to February 2018. Rebeca further developed expertise as a Construction Manager and Discipline Lead at WeWork from February 2018 to May 2020, and has been working as a PM in Data Center Strategic Engineering & Design at Meta since May 2020.
