Rebecca Destello

Rebecca Destello is an accomplished Senior UX Research Manager currently at Meta since June 2024, with prior experience at Google and Facebook in similar roles focusing on search and community engagement. In addition to practical industry experience, Rebecca serves as Affiliate Faculty at the University of Washington's Department of Human Centered Design and Engineering since January 2012. Previous positions include leadership roles at Atlas Informatics and Anthro-Tech, Inc., as well as extensive freelance work in user experience and frontend web development. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts from the University of Washington.
