Ryan Yang Wei Neo

Ryan Yang Wei Neo is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Beginning with a position as Team Lead and Certified EMT in the Republic of Singapore Navy, Ryan transitioned to the finance and technology sectors, serving as an Investment Associate at Bridgewater Associates and advancing through roles at The Brattle Group and Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Ryan led a data science team to significant accolades. Subsequently, Ryan held multiple positions at Meta, initially as a Data Science Manager focusing on content moderation and currently as Senior Data Science Manager for AI Experiences Infrastructure. An alumnus of Dartmouth College, Ryan graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Economics and Philosophy, complemented by a Master’s in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
