Sara Weil

Sara Weil possesses extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a current role at Meta as Head of DEI Talent Development and Head of Global DEI Talent Management Programs. Since June 2020, Sara has also contributed as DEI Lead for WhatsApp and Messenger and served as a Diversity Business Partner for US Tech Sites. Additionally, involvement with The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business includes membership on the Honors Cohort Advisory Board. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent Development at BNP Paribas and various positions at Moody's Corporation, including Assistant Vice President of Global Diversity & Inclusion. Sara's educational background includes a BSBA with Honors from The Ohio State University and a Diversity and Inclusion Professionals Certificate from Cornell University.
