Stephanie Harlow

Stephanie Harlow possesses extensive experience in executive support roles across various leading organizations. Currently serving as an Executive Business Partner at Meta since April 2024, Stephanie previously held the position of Executive Assistant at Lightspark from July 2022 to April 2024, and prior to that, worked as an Executive Business Partner at Novi Financial from October 2018 to July 2022. Stephanie's background also includes an Administrative Business Partner role at Instagram and an Executive Leadership Coordinator position at Tesla. Earlier experience features roles at the University of Oregon, including Football Receptionist and Football Recruiting Coordinator, during which event planning and team management were key responsibilities. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics with a minor in Political Science from the University of Oregon, completed in 2016.
