Tracy Rosario possesses extensive experience in human resources and recruiting across various organizations. Beginning a career as a Vocational Counselor Assistant at Annie Lugo Rehab Services, Tracy advanced to roles such as Orientation Leader at Cal State Fullerton and Resident Advisor at CSUF Housing and Residential Life. As a Human Resources Representative at Micro Center, Tracy further developed expertise in HR, later serving in key positions at Visa, including HR Analyst/Recruiter, Senior Compensation Analyst, and Compensation Analyst, where notable achievements included globalizing reporting functions and managing compensation during the Workday implementation.
