Wenmo Kong

Wenmo Kong, PhD, is a People Research Scientist at Meta since February 2019, previously serving as a consultant for Volunteer Program Assessment from November 2017 to August 2018, where analysis of volunteer management data occurred. Wenmo also held the position of Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at George Mason University from August 2013 to December 2018 and worked as a Research Coordinator for SHRM in mid-2016, focusing on client needs assessments and research related to HR management. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master of Arts in the same field from George Mason University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Peking University and additional psychology studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
