Michelle Allade

Michelle Allade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at MetaBank since December 2020, Michelle previously co-founded Moja Ride, holding the position of Chief Strategy Officer until June 2023. Prior roles include Head of Bank Model Risk Management and Senior Manager of Bank Model Governance at Alliance Data Card Services from July 2018 to November 2020, and Senior Consultant in Risk Analytics at KPMG from August 2014 to July 2018. Michelle began their career as a Risk Analyst at CRIF Lending Solutions and later worked as a Research Analyst at The Hanover Insurance Group. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Mathematical Risk Management and multiple Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Business/Managerial Economics from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the International University of Grand-Bassam.
