Senior Coach - Metabolic Optimization at Metabolic Living

Stacey Frattinger has been working in the health and wellness field since 2006. Stacey began their career as a Clinical Dietitian and Special Projects Coordinator at the University of Nevada, Reno - Center for Nutrition & Metabolism. In 2013, they started working as a Certified Integrative Health Coach for Whispers for Wellness, LLC, and as a Clinical Dietitian for Dr. Nancy Conley. Stacey also began working as an Independent Contractor and Behavior Coach for AbilTo in 2014. In 2016, they began working as a Cardiometabolic Coach for Vida Health. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Metabolic Optimization Coach & Facebook Group Moderator for Metabolic Living.

Stacey Frattinger completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Clinical Dietetics at the University of Nevada, Reno between 1992 and 2002. Stacey also completed a Master's Program in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services at Northern Illinois University between 1995 and 1997. In 2002, they obtained their Registered Dietician (RD) certification from the Commission On Dietetic Registr, and in the same year, they obtained their Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2017, they obtained their NBC-HWC certification from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. In 2020, they obtained their Certified Holistic Nutritionist certification from AFPA American Fitness Professionals & Associates. Stacey also holds a Certified Integrative Health Coach certification from Duke Integrative Medicine, as well as Metabolic Effect, Level I Nutrition Certification and Precision Nutrition certifications.
