Frank Skraly

Frank Skraly has over 20 years of experience in the field of metabolic engineering. Frank began their career at Metabolix in 1997 as a Team Leader in Microbial Metabolic Engineering, where they worked for over a decade. In 2008, Skraly joined Joule Unlimited Technologies, Inc. as Director/Senior Director of Metabolic Engineering, a role they held for eight years until 2016. Frank then moved on to Inari, where they served as Senior Director of R&D for six months. Currently, Skraly is the Senior Director of Metabolic Engineering at Yield10 Bioscience, a position they have held since 2017.

Frank Skraly received their B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University between 1986 and 1990. Frank then pursued further education and obtained a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1990 and 1997.
