Kate Skibo

Kate Skibo has over 15 years of experience in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Strategic Business Partner at Canon USA, Inc. in 2004. Kate then moved to Teleflex, where they held roles such as Sr. HR Manager and Director, Human Resources, before becoming Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Metabolon, Inc. in 2023. Throughout their career, Kate has focused on talent acquisition, development, change management, and organizational design to support business units and corporate functions in achieving their strategic goals.

Kate Skibo attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Systems.
