Andre Israel

Andre Israel is the COO at Metaco. Andre was previously with Sword Group from July 2016 to August 2020, where they were in charge of recruitment for the Swiss entity. Andre's responsibilities included defining profiles in collaboration with account managers or technical managers, translating demands into an exhaustive job description, publishing and managing applications, conducting initial steps of direct (targeting, identification, contact through social media) and indirect (exploitation of candidate pools and management of applications) approaches, conducting the entire recruitment process after identifying candidates including initial contact, physical interviews, reference checks, drafting employment contracts and integration follow-up for consultants, and developing and managing a candidate nursery. Andre also completed a 6-month mission in parallel to their regular duties involving onboarding of new employees, managing administrative formalities and expenses. Prior to that, they were with Extia from May 2014 to April 2016 as a Chargée de missions RH. Before that, they were with Total from October 2012 to December 2013 in a similar role.

Andre Israel has a Master 2 in Ressources Humaines from IGS-RH and a Licence in Administration Economique et Social from Université Paris Nanterre.
