Matthew Reddington has over 15 years of work experience in the finance industry. Matthew began their career in 2005 as an Internship - Fund Valuations Officer at Bank of Ireland. In 2007, they moved to Blackrock as an Investment Management Support Analyst. Matthew then joined J.P. Morgan in 2008 as a Sales Director and Client Relationship Manager. In 2014, they became a Business Development Manager at Global Supply Chain Finance AG. In 2015, they joined NetGuardians as a Director Of Strategic Partnerships, Regional Sales Director, and Business Development Manager. In 2022, they were appointed as the Director Of Business Development at METACO.

Matthew Reddington has a diverse educational background. Matthew completed a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing from Dublin City University in 2007. In 2014, they obtained a DELF Languge A2 in French Language from Institut Richelieu. In 2016, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management & Corporate Finance from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne. In 2017, they completed a Sales Management in Selling Skills and Sales Operations from Boost Academy. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications, including a Certified Cryptocurrency Expert from Blockchain Council in 2022, a Blockchain Masterclass from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in 2022, a Certificate in Emerging Digital Technologies & Business Transformation from National College of Ireland in 2021, an Effective Partner Planning from Miller Heiman Group in 2020, a Prince2 Project Management from pmiQ Limited in 2014, and an Adobe Certified Expert - Dreamweaver from Elatt Web Academy in 2013.
