Head Of Product

Reporting to the SVP of Operations & Product, As the Head of Product Development, you will be pivotal in driving our product strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets and solidify our position as a leader in Cyber Security. You will lead a high-performing team of product owners, leveraging your strategic vision and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Product Leadership:
   • Execute a high-impact product strategy aligned with company objectives, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
   • Drive innovation and differentiation through the continuous evolution of our product offerings, staying ahead of market trends and customer needs.
2. Team Performance and Development:
   • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
   • Set clear expectations and empower the team to deliver outstanding results, providing ongoing feedback and support for their professional growth and development.
   • Drive a performance-driven culture within the product organisation, recognising and rewarding high performers while addressing underperformance decisively.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration and Execution:
   • Foster strong collaboration and alignment across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams to ensure seamless product adoption.
   • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, working closely with sales and customer teams to gather feedback, validate ideas, and drive adoption.
4. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
   • Conduct rigorous market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
   • Use market insights to inform product strategy and prioritise initiatives that will maximise competitive advantage and drive revenue growth.
   • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to assess market penetration, customer engagement, and product effectiveness, adjusting strategy as needed to optimise outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 5 years Proven experience in agile product management and design leadership in the cybersecurity industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS product development and design principles.
• Strong understanding of the UI/UX design principal
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
