As the Founder and Trustee of The Ickle Pickles Children's Charity since April 2009, Andrew has been instrumental in raising funds for neonatal units in England and Wales. Previous roles include Solutions Director and Digital Strategy Director at Iris, where Andrew executed transformative digital strategies for global brands, and Digital Lead at Founded, where Andrew established a robust digital discipline. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions in operations and client services at companies like MySport Ltd and Redbox Digital, as well as consultancy work specializing in CRM and organizational change.
