Atakan Seçkin

Atakan Seçkin has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Atakan currently holds the position of Head of Design at Metaculus since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at Qwake Technologies from September 2020 to March 2021, where they contributed to the design of the C-THRU iOS App and assisted in the development of the qwake.tech website. At Embleema, Atakan served as a User Experience Advisor from September 2017 to August 2019, where they played a crucial role in creating the branding for Embleema and leading the UX design process for PatientTruth, a healthcare blockchain application. Atakan also worked as a User Experience Specialist at Pulse Systems, Inc. from January 2015 to June 2017, where they focused on improving the user experience of the Patient Portal and leading the design process for Pulse Mobile. As a User Experience Design Intern at Google in the summer of 2014, Atakan gained valuable experience working on projects with the Shopping UX team. Atakan also worked as a UX Designer at GotIt! Inc. from August 2012 to June 2014 and as a UI Designer at dakick.com from April 2012 to May 2013.

Atakan Seçkin completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Visual Communication Design from Istanbul Bilgi University. Atakan attended this university from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2012, they studied at Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi, although the degree name and field of study for this period are not provided.
