Xin Lu

Xin Lu has a wealth of experience in the information management and technology fields. Xin began their career in 1992 as a Civil Engineer and Network Administrator at Ang Associates Inc. In 1998, they joined ConneXus Corporation as a Product Developer. From 2000 to 2015, they worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle in a variety of roles, including Senior Information Analyst, Senior Quantitative Analyst, Senior Software Engineer & DBA, and AVP, Enterprise Data Manager. In 2015, they moved to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines as VP/Director, Application and Information Management. In 2019, they founded Dragonfly Consulting LLC as an Information Management Consultant. Most recently, in 2020, they joined MetaGovernance Inc. as Chief Governance Officer.

Xin Lu has a Master-level Extension program for Senior Officers in the Banking Industry from Pacific Coast Banking School (2015-2018) and an Executive Leadership Training Certification from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business (2015-2018). Xin also has a Master of Science - MSE in Computer Aided Engineering from Temple University and an Organizational Leadership certification from the Executive Development Institute (EDI). Additionally, they have an OCP, Oracle Certified Professional certification from Oracle.
