Sara Rona

Sara Rona is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and banking, currently serving as Managing Director at Silicon Valley Bank since May 2018. Covering regions including the UK/Europe, Middle East North Africa, and Australia/New Zealand, Sara collaborates with founders and venture capitalists on U.S. expansion strategies. Previous roles include leading global channel partnerships and strategy for tech and healthcare banking at Silicon Valley Bank, and senior positions at HSBC and Opus. In addition to current mentorship roles at Metagrove Ventures and WEVE Acceleration, Sara holds an MBA in International Business Practice and a B.Sc. in International Business.
