Deborah Bostic has a strong background in strategic human resources, with experience in talent acquisition, HR leadership, and organizational development. Deborah has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Director of Talent Acquisition at Metal Exchange Corporation and Senior Consultant at Human Capital Consultants, where they provided guidance to C-Suite executives and HR leaders. Prior to that, they served as Chief Human Resources Officer at First Bank and Director of Human Resources at InterVision Systems and HDA, Inc. Deborah also has extensive experience in sales and operations, having worked as a Senior Vice President at Citi.
Deborah Bostic holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Deborah has not obtained any additional certifications from HRCI, such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
