Steve Tua

Steve Tua is an experienced operations and plant manager with a focus on the aluminum industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Novelis since September 2023, Steve previously held the position of Director of Operations at Ball Corporation, leading the startup of a greenfield aluminum beverage packaging facility. At Constellium, Steve was the Director of Manufacturing, where a three-year turnaround initiative resulted in record profitability. Early career roles include Operations Manager at Kaiser Aluminum, Quality Manager at Alcoa, and various leadership positions at Logan Aluminum. Steve holds an MBA from Western Kentucky University and a B.Sc. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
