Jim Cleer

Jim Cleer has extensive experience in territory sales and management within the metal roofing and wall systems industry. Currently serving as the Territory Sales Manager for Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation since July 2017, Jim oversees sales across Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. Prior roles include Manager of the Quotations Department at Friedrich Air Conditioning and Regional Manager for MBCI in San Antonio, where responsibilities included client management and business development. Jim’s career began at McCoy Corporation, where key positions included Assistant Store Manager and Loss Prevention Auditor, focusing on store management and loss prevention initiatives. Jim completed education at New Mexico Junior College from 1990 to 1992.
