Siphesihle Mchunu serves as the Group General Counsel at Metallon Corporation since June 2020, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles, including Senior Associate at Poswa Incorporated and R Ranchhoojee Attorneys. Prior experience also includes working as an Associate at Hogan Lovells, where responsibilities included focusing on Infrastructure, Projects & Energy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate Governance, and General Corporate matters. Siphesihle commenced legal training as a Candidate Attorney at Hogan Lovells, gaining experience through four departmental rotations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Johannesburg.
