Michael Fondriest has been with TimkenSteel Corporation since September 2012, currently holding the position of Area Manager for the Intermediate Finishing Line. Prior to this role, Michael served as an Operations Supervisor overseeing a crew responsible for production and maintenance of a new $50M integrated finishing line. Before joining TimkenSteel, Michael worked as a Project Engineer at The Timken Company, managing equipment inventory for another $50M finishing line project. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. Michael's experience includes process improvement engineering and developing automated scripts for analyzing thermal treat processes.
