Jolene Harms has extensive experience in human resources and operations within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at MetalQuest Unlimited, Inc. since September 2013, Jolene has developed and implemented HR strategies that support organizational goals. Prior to this role, Jolene was the Appointment Line/Admissions Coordinator at Thayer County Health Services from November 2008 to September 2013, where responsibilities included managing patient admissions and coordinating appointment scheduling.
