Ashley Thomas

Ashley Thomas has a strong background in finance and accounting. Ashley started their career as a Finance Intern at The Dow Chemical Company in 2008, where they developed new methods for preparing cash flow statements and implemented programs to decrease preparation time. In 2009, they worked as a Finance Intern at Zimmer before becoming a Graduate Assistant at Kelley School of Business. In 2010, they joined FTI Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where they collaborated with executive management teams and conducted financial assessments for mergers and acquisitions. In 2012, they joined Symmetry Medical for a brief period in an Internal Audit role before moving to MetalX. At MetalX, they held various positions, starting as the Vice President of Accounting and assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer in December 2020.

Ashley Thomas obtained a BS and MBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Ashley attended the school from 2005 to 2010.
