Michael Crossey

Experienced corporate attorney/entrepreneur with extensive experience working at some of the largest law firms, in-house and as a founder and owner of a specialty boutique firm working with startups and on venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions. Michael was on the founding team and served as the initial general counsel for Venmo, and in the pet industry was on the founding team of PetCoach (acq’d by Petco).
