Mykola Kotliarenko

Mykola Kotliarenko has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mykola started their career as a Business Analyst intern at 1С-Рarus Kharkov, where they gained experience in programming and configuration customization. Mykola then moved on to ООО "Торгово-промышленная компания "ОМЕГА-Автопоставка" as a Business Analyst and software developer, working with various 1C domains.

Mykola then joined Корпорація "Оболонь" as a Business Systems Analyst and Product Owner. Mykola successfully implemented a universal logistics and distribution platform for the largest brewing company in Eastern Europe, managing sales and distribution operations.

Mykola then worked at Sybase Software as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where they were responsible for the design and analysis of statistical data for the Government of Ukraine. Mykola utilized SAP Sybase Universe Designer and SAP Business Objects to create output forms and reports.

Mykola later joined Київстар as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner, where they worked on a project with significant penalties in case of failure to meet deadlines. Mykola successfully launched a marketing campaign provisioning system for the largest telecom provider in Ukraine.

At SoftServe, Mykola served as the BAO Functional Manager and PdMO Competence Expert. Mykola developed business analysis and product management standards, conducted employee interviews and assessments, and significantly grew the department within 10 months.

Mykola then joined Motorola Solutions as a Product Manager, focusing on the development of a computer-aided dispatch system for US emergency services. Mykola also worked on research and development projects related to the transition to the Next Generation 9-1-1 in the USA.

Most recently, Mykola joined Copperleaf Technologies as a Product Manager for the decision analytics team. Mykola'smain goal was to improve scenario optimization usage for an asset investment planning and management system.

Mykola will soon be starting a new role as a Product Manager at MetaOptima Technology Inc., where they will continue to leverage their skills and experience to contribute to the company's success.

Mykola Kotliarenko's education history starts in 2003 when they enrolled in Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics. Mykola completed their Bachelor of Science (Honours Degree) in Computer Science in 2007. Following that, they pursued further studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Science (Honours Degree) in Management Information Systems and Services in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Mykola Kotliarenko has also obtained various certifications. These include the Data-driven Product Management Simulator from GoPractice, Inc in January 2023, PMC Level I. Insight from Pragmatic Institute in June 2022, Leadership Development Program and Consultancy Practice from Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS) in February 2016 and November 2015 respectively, Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, CCBA® from IIBA in April 2015, Software Architecture for Managers from Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS) in April 2015, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in February 2015, IELTS 8.0 from Oxford International North America in February 2021, and Criminal Justice Information System Security & Awareness. Level 4 from the Department of Justice in December 2019 and February 2018.
