Jake Siegel

Jake Siegel has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles in the field of computational biology and data science. Jake currently holds the position of Director of Computational Biology and Data Science at Metaphore Biotechnologies since October 2022. Prior to this, they were Head of Integrated Data Sciences at Roivant Sciences from July 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they served as Sr. Principal Scientist & Head of Computational Biology at Immunitas Therapeutics from June 2020 to June 2021. Jake also worked as a Computational Scientist II at Repertoire Immune Medicines from February 2018 to June 2020.

In addition to their industry roles, Jake Siegel has also gained research experience. Jake was a Health Data Fellow at Insight Data Science from September 2017 to January 2018, where they completed a consulting project for a targeted genomics company. Jake also worked as an Associate Scientist in Automated Bloodborne Disease Diagnostics at Roche Molecular Systems from 2002 to 2003, where they contributed to the development of an automated Hepatitis B bloodborne viral load assay.
