Prior to this, Sam was the Co-Founder and Product Manager at Refined Process, where they focused on delivering custom software solutions for companies in healthcare and education. Sam also held several roles at YouScience, including Product Manager and Marketing and Sales Operations. With a Bachelor's degree in Business and Creative Arts from the University of Mississippi, Sam has a strong background in product management, marketing, and sales operations.
