Sharon Vargas Vice President Human Resources - Veteran

Sharon Vargas has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Sharon is currently the Founder & CEO of The Journal Box, a company that specializes in creating and distributing designer planners, notebooks, and journals. Prior to this, Sharon worked as a Vice President Human Resources (Consultant) at MetaSense Inc in 2020 and as a Senior HR Business Partner and Employee Engagement Consultant at Capgemini from 2019 to 2020. Sharon also has experience as an Independent Human Resources Consultant at SEV HR Consulting from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Sharon held the position of Managing Director HR and Talent Acquisition at the Philadelphia Police Department from 2014 to 2016 and Vice President Human Resources at AppLabs from 2010 to 2013.
