Michelle Andrews

Michelle Andrews is a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Alianza, Inc. since April 2023, where services involve supporting strategic partners with go-to-market strategies and implementing a carrier-grade cloud communications platform. In addition, Michelle holds the position of Expansion Sales Manager at Microsoft within the Azure for Operators organization, following the acquisition of Metaswitch, and has been with Metaswitch Networks as an Inside Sales Manager since December 2012. As the Principal of MAA Strategic Sales Consulting since August 1998, Michelle has provided strategic sales consulting to technology startups, focusing on sales and marketing strategies. Previous experience includes roles at various technology companies in inside sales, serving as the Inside Sales Manager at CloudShield Technologies and Ellacoya Networks, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
