Jay Manzi CG(ASCP) serves as the Associate Director of Technical Success at MetaSystems International since October 2021, overseeing department personnel and workflow while managing service case handling and supporting the Application and Support Team. Responsibilities also include assisting in the creation and review of SIDS documentation, instrument installations, and conducting user training. Prior to this role, Jay Manzi held several positions at NeoGenomics Laboratories from December 2012 to October 2021, culminating in the role of Clinical Laboratory Manager for Cytogenetics, where operational oversight for multiple CLIA/CAP accredited laboratories was provided, along with the management of staffing and workflow efficiency. Earlier experience includes various positions at AmeriPath from January 2007 to October 2012 as a Cytogenetic Technologist. Jay Manzi earned a Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Genetic Sciences from the University of Connecticut between 2002 and 2006.
