Caia Slater

Caia Slater is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Founder and Director of Ladies Golf Tour Limited since September 2022, which organizes exclusive golf events for women. In addition, Caia operates as an HR Consultant for MetaVerse-VR Ltd and is a Co-Founder and Director at partnering2excel, roles held since December 2022 and October 2021, respectively. Previously, Caia has held several prominent positions including Head of Community (Business) Partnering and Senior Manager Partnering Services at Nationwide Building Society, as well as HR Project Manager at British Sugar and HR Business Partner at Lloyds Banking Group.
