Josh Prehn has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Josh started their career at Ashley Furniture Industries as a Support Analyst in July 2013, where they were responsible for answering phones, emails, and creating tickets for technical issues. Josh also handled remote troubleshooting and server connectivity. In November 2014, they joined Metafile Information Systems, Inc. as a Software Technician Operations Lead. In this role, they implemented and supported Metafile's paperless ERP solution, integrating it with other ERP systems such as GP, AX, NetSuite, etc. Josh also served as a dedicated Remote System Administrator for companies needing additional support. Josh'sresponsibilities included managing expectations, ensuring consistency within the team, analyzing data, and providing feedback. From 2012 to 2014, Josh successfully completed a program in Network Administration and Technology, obtaining a degree in the same field.
