Anwar Parkar

Anwar Parkar currently serves as the Group Head of Finance at Middle East Telecommunications Company (METCO) since January 2022, overseeing a team of over 18 professionals in various financial functions including financial accounting and strategy development. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Controller at Boursa Kuwait and Assistant Vice President of Finance and Budget Control at United Real Estate Company (URC). Anwar Parkar has also held senior positions at Al-Madar Finance & Investment Co KSC and Al-Sayer Group Holding. Anwar Parkar possesses a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is currently pursuing the CMA designation, having attended the 2014 Wiley CMA course.
