Nelson Noumbissi is a seasoned professional in climate adaptation and sustainability, currently serving as a Research Engineer at METEO FRANCE since August 2023. Nelson founded Soutenable in November 2022 and holds the position of President, while also contributing as a member of the Climate Change and Sustainable Cities Working Group at IRD. Nelson has experience as a speaker for Les Shifters, focusing on territorial resilience strategies, and previously worked at Cerema in natural risk studies and resilience until November 2022.
