John Giffoni

John Giffoni is an experienced Integration Artist at Method Studios since September 2015, with a previous role as Integration Artist at Digital Domain 3.0 for a brief period in early 2015. John's extensive background includes serving as Lead Matchmover/Surveyor at Sony Pictures Imageworks from March 2005 to February 2014, focusing on data acquisition, surveying, and texture photography in live-action settings, as well as working in layout to position cameras in virtual environments. Additional roles include Matchmover at Hammerhead Productions, Tracking Lead/Surveyor at World of Tomorrow, and Matchmover/Surveyor at Walt Disney Feature Animation/The Secret Lab, where expertise in matchmoving, particularly with animals, was developed. John’s career began at Digital Domain as a Video Technician, responsible for client video dubs and equipment maintenance.
