Casi Morris

Casi Morris has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Casi is currently serving as the Head of People Transformation at Method360, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Change Enablement Lead at MTX Group from December 2021 to February 2023. From August 2018 to December 2021, Casi was employed as an Organizational Change Manager at T.D. Williamson. Casi also worked as a Change Management Consultant at Accenture from August 2015 to August 2018. Casi's earlier experiences include roles such as a Disaster Recovery Analyst and HR Content Learning Testing Analyst at ConocoPhillips in 2015. Casi was also an OCM Lead and OCM Analyst at ConocoPhillips from 2012 to 2014, where they handled major projects involving upgrades and change management initiatives.

Casi Morris completed their education with a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, starting in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History, with a minor in Anthropology, from the University of Oklahoma, which they completed in 2006. Before their undergraduate studies, Casi attended Sallisaw High School. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in October 2021.
