Maggie Smith

Maggie Smith, MPA, is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Methodist Healthcare System since March 2022. Prior to this role, Maggie held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Healthcare from November 2013 to March 2022, and also served as a Human Resources Business Partner during that tenure. Maggie's career began at the City of Columbus, where roles included HR Analyst and HR Representative from September 2011 to August 2013. Maggie holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University and two Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Political Science and Government from the University of Cincinnati.
