Karen Hamburger

Karen Hamburger has a diverse background in healthcare and social work, currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement and SDOH at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare since May 2020. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Program Director for Community Development at MLH OnSite from June 2010 to May 2020 and worked as a Referral Relationship Executive during that time. Karen's experience also includes serving as a Transplant Social Worker at Methodist University Hospital Transplant from August 2003 to June 2010. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) with a focus on Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Tennessee College of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama.
